Prime Mix Marketing is an outsourcing marketing company based in Worcester. We support businesses in a number of different ways, from press releases and social media marketing for start-up companies, right the way through to consultancy for multinational organisations. We’ve recently added Exhibition Solutions to our extensive list of marketing and PR services to further enhance our one-stop shop support services.

Attending exhibitions is a classic way to promote your business, raise the profile of your brand and generate new business. Here at Prime Mix Marketing we are fully aware of the preparation and organisation required prior to attending these events and as such can appropriately assist and support you.

Firstly, we can use our 17 years’ experience in all aspects of marketing and PR within businesses to offer exhibition planning and management support. We’ll sit with you prior to event and decide on an exhibition strategy. We will discuss your core objectives for attending the show and key steps throughout for maximising your investment.

Secondly, we can assist with the preparation of the event. If required, we can send out invitations and design e-shots to inform clients and customers that you will be attending the exhibition. We can arrange meetings, and manage any travel and accommodation requests. We can promote your attendance all over social media to generate hype and interest in the event.

Another way we can support and save you time is to organise for your marketing material, brochures and leaflets – to be designed, printed and delivered directly to you. You may wish to hand out free promotional items and goodie bags, all of which can be organised by members of our team.  We can also assist in designing and printing unique stretch fabric stands. Our stretch fabric stands are flexible, durable and easy to transport. They are easy to construct and are a great way to showcase important information to attract customers over to talk to you at your stand. They should of course be eye-catching and easy to read. As well as stretch fabric stands we can work with you to make a short engaging promotional video which can be shown on an iPad or laptop to attract the attention of visitors. Played on loop, this will give more information and detail about a particular subject and maximise your exposure at the event.

Finally, if needed on the day, we can help to run the event as if being handled from within your company, providing staff to man the stand, hand out flyers and generate leads. After the event, should you need our assistance, we can make follow-up calls to pursue leads and publish post event press releases. This establishes what your company has gained from the event and promotes your business as proactive and forward thinking within the industry.
