We understand that planning, promoting, coordinating and then following-up after an event can be extremely time consuming but can be full of rewards for your company. Hosting an event or attending an exhibition not only helps to build awareness of your company but it allows an environment in which to establish business relationships which can generate businesses leads and increase sales.

Besides sending out invitations and e-shots prior your event to advertise it, we’ll also send out a press release to capture local interest. We’ll organise venue hire and refreshments as well as managing the bookings of attendees and their transport and/ or accommodation. We can help to create engaging promotional videos to show attendees and will organise for all your marketing and promotional material to be designed, written and printed as well as any welcome packs, name badges and gifts to be prepared.
If required we can help to run the event as if being handled from within your company, providing staff to welcome guests, hand out flyers and generate leads. We’ll also promote the event all over social media and write pre-and post-event press releases for publication.
After the event, there’s still tasks to complete. Often overlooked is thanking attendees formally, acquiring feedback and following-up leads. These tasks establish what your company has gained from the event and conveys this benefit to the wider audience.
