Why You Should Be Using Mini Targeted E-Shots

Targeting the correct audience with tailored information can save you time and resources and often cut down on un-subscribers on your mailing list.
It has been proven that a smaller amount of digestible content is more likely to hold attention and be absorbed, so it makes perfect sense to cut out the information that isn’t relevant to someone and just give them what is – this is where mini e-shots come in.
It doesn’t haven’t to be anything too exciting, but an email to a specifically identified audience that is useful will grab their attention and make them feel that you are really ready to work for them.
You should also make sure your target audience know that the email is for them by using the subject line to identify exactly what it is they need and that you are offering it to them. Doing this ensures they are much more likely to open it and be exposed to your content, rather than just hitting delete.
Don’t forget to follow up your email with a timely telephone call – this will remind them about the email, let them identify a human aspect to the company and give them a chance to ask any questions.
